  1. General

The following terms apply between Annie Jeppsson AB, reg. no. 559368–2403, (Say it with style, "we" or "us") and apply to all orders placed on sayitwstyle.com (website).

By using the website and/or placing an order on the website, you confirm that you have read the purchase terms and accept to be bound by them. Before accepting the purchase terms, you should also read and understand our Privacy Policy which you can find here.

Say it with style reserves the right to revise the terms at any time. The date of the last update is at the bottom of the page. Please note that the terms applicable to your order are always those you have read and accepted before placing your order, not a later version. Therefore, it may be advisable to save a copy of the current terms for your purchase for future reference.

Please note that Say it with style cannot guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock or available for purchase. We reserve the right to stop selling a particular product at any time.

The purchase terms are written in English.

  1. Ordering

Before placing an order with Say it with style, it is important to ensure that you have read and accepted the purchase terms which you can find here.

You will have the opportunity to review your choices, the information you provided, the total price of your order, and correct any potential errors before proceeding with payment. Please note that the items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until your order has been approved by Say it with style. If prolonged inactivity causes the webpage to disconnect, your product selections may be lost. In such a case, you will need to re-add your selected products to the cart.

  1. Order and Approval

After you have completed your order, we will send an order confirmation via email to confirm that your order has been received and a purchase agreement has been entered into. We advise you to save your order confirmation for future contact with us. We reserve the right to refuse a purchase for several reasons, such as if you have provided incorrect information and/or are unable to pay or have a history of not paying your debts.

We may cancel an order if the selected products are out of stock. In such a case, we will issue a full refund of all amounts paid and if available, notify you of similar products. All ordered products remain our property until we have received full payment for them.

  1. Confirmation and Shipping Information

Please note that all placed orders are subject to approval by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason without any liability to you as a customer. Non-accepted orders may arise due to any of the following situations:

  • The selected product is out of stock
  • Incomplete payment
  • An error in product information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Once the order has been accepted and processed, a delivery confirmation will be sent to you via email with all relevant information about your order. The delivery confirmation is our acceptance of your order.

Please note that Say it with style does not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock at the time you place the order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly after. If you have already paid for the product, we will refund the full amount to you.

Depending on the chosen delivery method, you may be required to pick up your order at a specific collection point. You will need to do so within the timeframe specified in your delivery notification. If your order is not collected on time, you may be charged an additional fee, and the order may be returned to us at your expense.

  1. Colors

Our goal is to describe our products on the website as accurately as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings on your computer/phone/tablet, the colors of the products shown on the website may differ from reality. Say it with style cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancies.

  1. Prices

All prices on the website are displayed in Swedish Krona (SEK) regardless of where you visit the website from. The prices and delivery costs shown are all inclusive of VAT.

The prices and delivery costs/shipping costs shown on the website may change, Say it with style is not bound to any specific price until we have approved an order by sending out a delivery confirmation to you as a customer. If you have placed an order and the price subsequently changes before we have had the opportunity to approve the order, we will notify you of the price change via email and give you the opportunity to place an order at the new price or cancel the old order.

Please note that Say it with style may cancel an order even if it has been approved by us under the circumstances where you should have understood that the price information provided was incorrect. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer price adjustments or price matching.

Shipping cost or delivery cost is not included in the product price. Shipping costs are shown when selecting the shipping method at checkout.

  1. Payments

Our payment provider is Shopify payments, a payment service offered through Shopify.

We accept the following payment methods via Shopify:

  • Card payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Apple pay 
  1. Delivery

All orders are packed and shipped out from our third party partners across Europe. 

  1. Right to Cancel or Return

Cancel an order You have the right to cancel your purchase or exchange your product by notifying us within 30 days of receiving your product. You can do this by using the return form on audreeapparel.se or by emailing our customer service info@sayitwstyle.com.

Refund for canceled purchase If you choose to cancel or return your purchase in accordance with the return terms, we will refund you the amount you paid to us.

Say it with style will process the refund within 14 days after the day we have been notified of the withdrawal of the order and/or return, provided that we have received the return and/or evidence that the return has been made. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise specified or requested.

Say it with style will only refund the full amount if the products are in the same condition as when delivered and if all tags are still attached to the garment. If the value of the product has decreased due to your handling, we reserve the right to retain part of the refund amount.

Please ensure that all products are in exactly the same condition as when you received them, with tags and closures still securely attached. We will not accept returns or complaints about our garments purchased from retailers or second-hand sites.

Return shipping cost Please note that you must pay the shipping cost for the products you wish to return. However, if you choose to make an exchange, we will cover the return shipping.

If you choose to use our return service, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund.

Return

When you choose to return or exchange any of the products, please return them as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after notifying us of the return.

For a return, please follow the steps below:

  • Place the products in the box they came in.
  • Close the box and tape it securely.
  • Use the return label in the box and drop off the package at the nearest drop-off point.
  • If you haven't received a return label, please email us at info@sayitwstyle.com.

Defective Products

If you receive defective products, please notify us as soon as possible. According to the Consumer Sales Act (1990:932), you as a customer are entitled to complain about defective products for up to three years. However, you should always notify Say it with style within a reasonable time after discovering that the products are defective.

If we determine that the product you received is defective, one of the following actions will be taken:

  • Full refund including shipping costs.
  • Repair of the defective product.
  • Replacement of the defective product with a new one.

If you would like to read more about your consumer rights, you can do so in the Consumer Sales Act (1990:932).

Cookies

We use cookies on this website to improve your browsing experience. In addition to statistical purposes, cookies are also used to identify your computer/phone/tablet, allowing the website to recognize your personal settings.

Information on the Website

Say it with style cannot guarantee that the content on the website is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. We also cannot guarantee that all information is up to date, and we reserve the right to change the content on the site at any time. However, we always strive to display correct texts, images, and pricing on the site and in our online shop, though errors may occur.

Say it with style cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from the use of our website or the inability to use the site. We cannot guarantee seamless, uninterrupted, and secure access to the website and online shop.

Links

The website may contain links to other sites beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the content or privacy policies on those sites.

Say it with style's Responsibility

Say it with style's responsibility towards you is in any case limited to these purchase terms unless otherwise prescribed by law.

In cases where force majeure applies, our obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Say it with style may in such cases be partially or fully terminated by you or by us.

Applicable Law

These purchase terms are governed by Swedish law.
